The project consists of three volumes connected to different levels of the terrain. The two main bodies with the day areas and the main bedrooms open onto the river and the pool area. The third volume with the guest bedrooms is connected through two large windows to the mountain.

The layout of the space is fluid and seamless: the north and south wings of the rooms are located on the edges of a large central body that houses all the common areas. These spaces are connected by open corridors that look out onto the landscape. The common areas occupy the very center of the town, with windows at all heights that provide an amplitude that connects with the rest of the world. The materials and construction techniques reproduce a contemporary image from the rural and traditional.

El proyecto consiste en tres volúmenes conectados a distintos niveles del terreno. Los dos cuerpos principales con las zonas de día y los dormitorios principales se abren al río y a la zona de la piscina. El tercer volumen con los dormitorios de invitados se conecta a través de dos grandes ventanas a la montaña. 

La disposición del espacio es fluida y sin fisuras: las alas norte y sur de las habitaciones están ubicadas en los bordes de un gran cuerpo central que alberga todas las áreas comunes. Estos espacios están conectados por pasillos abiertos que miran hacia el paisaje. Las zonas comunes ocupan el centro mismo de la villa, con ventanas a todas las alturas que aportan una amplitud que conecta con el resto del mundo. Los materiales y técnicas de construcción reproducen desde lo rural y la tradición  una imagen contemporánea.
